I've been reading The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and something terrible has happened! Gale, Katniss's best friend (I would say) has gotten in trouble. But worse trouble then you may think. He went to go out into the woods to catch things to eat. The woods outside of District Twelve is said to be dangerous. Thats why they don't let people out there. And he did so thats why he got into trouble.
He had caught a wild Turkey out there and came back into District Twelve to sell it to one of District Twelves Peacekeepers. He knew that he would pay good for it, and he has sold Turkey to him before. But when he went into the Peacekeepers House, he wasn't there. A Different Peacekeeper was there! When the new Peacekeeper saw him with that Turkey he knew, it must have been from outside District Twelve.
Gale had claimed that he found it in District Twelve and that it must have gotten over the gate. But the Peacekeeper didn't believe him! And it resulted in a Consequence.
